Mr. Jayadev Cherukuru Naidu, Managing Director is a successful first generation entrepreneur who started with very humble beginnings in the year 1987. He floated a trading company and then diversified into manufacturing Wheat , Maize and Rice Products, Besan Mill, Cattle Feed and Horse Feed.
He formed the FAVORICH GROUP in the year 1995 with a vision to become one of the top 10 agro processing companies in India.

Mrs. Lavanya Jayadev is a Commerce Graduate and a dynamic and successful young Lady Entrepreneur. She joined FAVORICH GROUP, heading its Finance Division for 10 years. Today she is one of the Directors of the Company and the back bone of the success story of the Group by being a strong motivational force behind Mr. Jayadev’s ventures and expansions over the years.
Having decided to do service to the society in the field of educating children, in the year 2006, she successfully completed the requesite Montessori training from Indian Montessori Centre. She subsequently started the group first Montessori School in the year 2007 in the name of AMORA MONTESSORI HOUSE FOR CHILDREN.

Mr. V.Harimohan Naidu is a Masters in Chemical Engineering from Madras University, having over 35+ years of varied and rich experience in various fields including Chemical (Sugar, Alcohol and allied products), Textile and Hospitality Industries.
Started his career in the year 1974 with Grasim Industries as a “Chemical Engineer”. Thereafter, joined a leading Business group and was associated as Director and Managing Director of different Companies involved in the manufacturing of Sugar, Alcohol, IMFL, Acetic Acid, Textile Yarn, Plastics and Electronics and Hotels. He has rich Technical and Commercial experience in various fields.

Mr. Mahesh Kumar R Shah is double graduate in B.E. (Mechanical) and B.E. (Electrical). He has under gone special training through National Diary Development Board under their Manpower Development Programme for 2 years for management of agro based industry with focus on Animal Feed Plant being put up by them for the first time in the country in the year 1969.
He has experience as Chief Executive Officer for Nav Maharashtra Chekan Oil Mills Ltd., a Pune based group for southern region covering 4 southern states handling business completely as a profit centre for Animal Feeds, Edible Oils, Trading of Commodities and Veterinary Health Products for 10 years. He is also a Profit Consultant in an agro based industry for over 4 years.

Mr. R. Dayananda Kumar, VP-Mega Food Park is a Masters in Agricultural Engineering with over 10 years of experience in Consultancy, planning and execution of Agri-Food processing projects viz, Food parks, Value chain projects, Aromatic oil extraction units, Honey processing plants, and others. He has worked as project officer for consulting and project implementation of Akshay & Jewargi Agro food park viz, Coldstore, warehouse, ETP, Juice extraction and concentration line, fruits, vegetables, cereals, pulses & spices, cleaning, grading and packing lines.
He has also been trained at several reputed International and national institute Viz, Grasse Institute of Perfumery, Grasse-France, FFDC- Kannau & others. He has also published technical papers, organized trainings, life members in many reputed Institutions and also an active AMIE & Chartered Engineer.

Mrs.Anitha Ganapathy is a Graduate in Arts and she Head's the marketing arm of the FAVORICH GROUP. She has a very good knowledge in this field having worked in various reputed companies for more than 15 years.
She is the Head of Marketing of the company and is dynamic and successful in the filed of entire International and local sales of the Company Products contributing highly to the growth of the Company.
She is also handling purchase of all Raw-materials required for the day to day production of the Company Products.

Mr.D. Rajesh Babu is a Chartered Accountant with over 29 years of Post Qualification experience in Finance and Accounts in various Industries in Project Financing, Manufacturing, Contracting, Retail Trading, Steel Fabrication and Travel & Tourism.
He has a rich and varied International experience having worked in large business groups in the Middle East countries – Oman, Saudi Arabia, U.A.E and also in Africa. He has taken active participation and contributed as a Team Member in implementing various Software solutions and in Quality Assurance & Business Excellence.
